Responsibilities:

• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Schedule IMEs
• Draft subpoenas
• Draft Answers to Complaints, Interrogatories
• Draft Arbitration Packages/Trial Binders
• Client Contact/Interaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paralegal in the insurance defense field
• Ability to prioritize, think independently and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
